Terms & Conditions — bvip8 Platform Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended by bvip8 from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules incorporated by reference.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual User on the bvip8 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account under a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "bvip8" refers to the internationally operated online betting platform accessible at bvip8.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, and the sole currency of account on the bvip8 platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process bvip8 may require at any stage of a User's account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, first withdrawal, and promotional claims.
• "Platform" means the bvip8.net website and all related services including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and any other betting or gaming product offered by bvip8.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone applicable to Jakarta, Sumatra, and West and Central Java, used as the default reference for all bvip8 operating hours and settlement times.

Access to and use of the bvip8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bvip8 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering an account, placing bets, or accessing any real-money product on the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of a bvip8 employee or affiliated third-party service provider in a role that creates a material conflict of interest with fair platform use.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bvip8 platform or any affiliated platform for fraud, misuse of promotional offers, or any breach of this Agreement.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, nominee, or agent of any third party.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on bvip8, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process at bvip8.net. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active bvip8 Account. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and current Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. bvip8 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bvip8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bvip8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Contact Information Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, particularly your email address or payment method. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay withdrawals and customer support responses.
• Account Currency: All bvip8 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted or held on the platform.

bvip8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, prevent underage gambling, and protect the integrity of the platform. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, upon a change of payment method, or at any point bvip8 deems necessary.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of your registered payment method, such as a bank account statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or Bank Permata, or a screenshot of your registered OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account, confirming ownership.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, for liveness verification purposes.
• Proof of source of funds in cases where transaction volumes exceed standard thresholds.

Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied. bvip8 accepts no liability for delays in payment processing that arise from a User's failure to provide the requested verification documents promptly and in legible form.

All financial transactions on the bvip8 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bvip8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your bvip8 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. bvip8 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes during standard WIB operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed the following morning.
• Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only: Withdrawals will only be sent to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your bvip8 Account and verified via KYC. bvip8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, different names, or unverified payment instruments.
• No Transaction Fees: bvip8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Funds Origin: You confirm that all funds deposited into your bvip8 Account are from legitimate sources and are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin. Deposits from proceeds of crime will be reported to the relevant authorities.

bvip8 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time window will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Eligibility: bvip8 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously been found to have misused bonus offers may be excluded from future promotions without prior notice.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated solely from bonus funds is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• No Cash Value: Bonus funds and free spins have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the specific conditions of the applicable promotion.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bvip8 platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets:

• Bet Acceptance: bvip8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where bvip8 reasonably suspects fraudulent intent.
• Odds and Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault or human error, bvip8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. bvip8's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may be adjusted by bvip8 at any time without prior notice.
• Sportsbook Settlement: Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official standings, EPL Premier League official match results, FIFA World Cup official scores). In the absence of an official result, bvip8 may apply industry-standard settlement procedures.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one selection is voided, the mix parlay is recalculated at reduced odds excluding the voided selection.
• Live Casino: All live casino game results are final once the round is declared closed by the dealer. No disputes regarding in-round decisions are accepted after settlement.
• Togel Markets: Togel market results are determined by the official draw results of the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Hongkong Pools official draw). bvip8 is not responsible for delays in official result declarations.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino game round or slots spin that is already in progress, the round or spin will be completed and settled server-side. bvip8 maintains full game logs and all server-side outcomes are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bvip8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balance and bonus funds), and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting across accounts, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, card games, or sports betting syndicate activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or any criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to access any bvip8 system, database, or backend infrastructure without authorisation.
• Creating or using a fictitious identity, or providing false documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Transferring funds between bvip8 Accounts or using a third party's payment method to fund your Account or receive withdrawals.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after having wagered the deposited funds on the bvip8 platform.

All content on the bvip8 platform — including but not limited to the bvip8 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of bvip8 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bvip8 platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bvip8 content without prior written authorisation from bvip8.

bvip8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at bvip8.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bvip8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who support platform operations (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bvip8 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to place bets or wager on any game or market offered by the bvip8 platform.
• Losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or internet service disruptions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or your failure to log out of a shared or public device.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bvip8 platform, even where bvip8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Decisions made by third-party sporting bodies, lottery organisations, or game studios that affect the settlement of bets or game outcomes on the bvip8 platform.

Nothing in this clause limits bvip8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

bvip8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder under the bvip8 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to cease services to a particular jurisdiction or individual.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may voluntarily close your bvip8 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any special withdrawal treatment beyond the standard withdrawal processing terms stated in Clause 5.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bvip8 holds its international operating licence. By accessing the bvip8 platform, you acknowledge that online betting regulations vary by country and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online betting and gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bvip8's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by bvip8. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

bvip8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, bvip8 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Account holders via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bvip8 platform after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. bvip8 recommends that all active Account holders check this page at least once per quarter for updates.
